It’s owned by Roman Abramovich, he has several mega yachts all over the world. We have seen a few of his Yachts in the Caribbean
I also ran into a similar scene with this same yacht on the coasts of Cozumel, Mexico. Apparently it’s owned by a Russian Billionaire or something.
